Comparator saves time and money by enabling quick in-house checks of calibration. First, the comparator eliminates the need to send in tools when they do not require calibration. Second, the comparator spares the shop the time and expense of repairing damage caused by out of calibration torque tools by identifying them before they can do any damage. The sturdy construction and internal components share many features of the PI dial series which is a time tested design of over 35 years. Dealers can install comparator on any flat surface in their truck and perform on-site checks of their customer's torque wrenches.
